Pre-season depth charts make for a lot of fun speculation, and on Friday the Philadelphia Eagles revealed in their media guide that quarterback Tim Tebow is fourth in a four-man depth chart.

At this point, it’s hard to be surprised that Tebow is this low on any NFL depth chart. The last time he saw a snap in game action was in 2013 in a pre-season game while with the New England Patriots. He failed to impress and was cut. Before that, the former Heisman winner was with the Jets where he saw actual NFL minutes in 2012. He completed six passes on eight attempts for 75 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. Tebow signed a one-year deal with the Eagles in April after working as a broadcaster for the SEC channel.

Philly takes on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday and there’s a good chance Tebow could see some action in the back-end of the game.

On Sept.1, the Eagles must cut their roster down to 75 players, and then down to the regular 53-man size on Sept.4.

As it should be with zero pre-season games.

Why would Chip Change the default line – up NOW, before it
    becomes TEBOW opportunity TIME?
(Pre-Season Games will make the real difference)

Not worried b/c he the person who had the most interceptions in practice was NOT TEBOW, IT WAS BARKLEY!!! Coach Kelly is not impressed w/3 interceptions…you think?!!! Anyways, at least Shurmur recognizes Tebow by stating the obvious and watching film from BCS championship games etc.!

    I’ve got a question guys.
Do you know any good sites or anything to watch the game tomorrow? I wanted to get a game pass on nfl.com, but most of the games are scheduled 4 am nighttime in my country so that’s a waste of money.

      Sam, !!!

It maybe Nationally Televised on the NFL channel if you can get that.
It is on NBC in NE PA for us – we also have the NFL channel, and
I noticed it was scheduled on NFL CHANNEL for 1PM BUT – was blocked
locally to us, as evidently NBC has some kind of “rights agreement”
