Rough day for Tebow at OTAs

“You’ll see today — he’s improved,” Kelly said, via Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post. “He’s worked on his game the last two years.”

As it turned out, it was hard to see exactly what Tebow was doing last week; Geoff Mosher of CSN Philly thereafter explained on PFT Live that Tebow was working out on a field so far away from the reporters that it was hard to see exactly what he was doing.

Mosher got a closer look at Tebow on Tuesday. And Mosher apparently didn’t like what he saw.

“Tim Tebow has a ways to go,” Mosher said. “Not very accurate today. I think I’m being kind.”

I’m being kind in saying that Tebow has never been very accurate. But with Kelly possibly determined to vindicate his decision to rescue Tebow from the ranks of the unemployed, Kelly may decide that his disdain for jingle-footed running backs doesn’t extend to sprinkler-armed quarterbacks.
