    Buzzy,

Great Job – I have no clue how you are coming up with these very fair and unique impartial sites in evaluating Tim Tebow — Kudos!

This same site had and earlier article on Tebow – Name of article
sounded familiar – but when I read thru it appeared also to be
    somewhat unique and also fair:

Great stories! Thanks everyone for posting!

If Coach Kelly is as staunch as they say he is then he definitely will benefit by having the “courage of his convictions” and GO W/TEBOW!
Agree this is a great post and sums it up impo where T2 is concerned.
YES, WE ARE GETTING CLOSER TO TEBOW TIME!!! 😀

If we’re choosing up sides, and I don’t care what we’re playing, and I can choose Tim Tebow or Matt Barkley, I’m taking Tebow every time. Every. Time. Preseason performance will go a long way in determining the Eagles’ No. 3 quarterback, but what can Barkley do better than Tebow?

40% (currently) saying Tim Tebow will take the Eagles to the Super Bowl.

This isn’t a major poll. But there will be more as the Season gets closer.

    • brandi says:

If that 40% is what Fans are really thinking that’s pretty big. With 32 Teams usually only a couple have numbers like this.

      • Sage says:

If Tim’s given chances to play, he’s not likely to waste them. He’ll be anything but complacent. Betting against him is a stupid play.

        • brandi says:

I agree. Had he stayed as Starting QB for the Broncos I think it’s a very good chance they would have Played in a Super Bowl by now. But as a one-all pick on a Team no Coach has said he’ll make the Team for certain (though it’s pretty clear he will), let alone be Starting QB, these are astronomical numbers. (It’s now at 45%)

Super Bowl Favorite TEAMS, let alone a QB who hasn’t been picked to start, rarely hit 40% in Pre-Season selection. These are huge numbers. They’re most likely skewed at least a little. But they’re a real good indication, even with some emotional skewing, of why he’s polled so high Fans saying he should have been a Starting QB all along.

I’ve never gone with the Blacklist theory only because I’ve not seen anything that indicates the NFL could pull one off. Someone would break ranks just cause they’re mad about something. 🙂 But the NFL has blown it with Tim Tebow worse than any Major Professional Sports League in US History. The Fans have been right. The NFL has been wrong in so many ways with Tebow.

          • Sage says:

I agree about the Broncos and the SB, if Tim had stayed. Damn I used to love them. Somewhere they lost their soul.

The Internet teaches you that you have very little in common with many fans from your favorite team.

          • Sage says:

Okay, maybe the NFL has lost its soul too. So much of that degeneration seems to come from Goodell. And too much Al Michaels on Monday night, if you you want my opinion. Pro football became entertainment for society, mere soap opera, instead of a sport.

Buzzy, thanks for the space to prattle.

          • brandi says:

Completely agree on the soap opera thing. But soap opera producers can’t charge $120 Million an episode and expect to get it. NFL got itself in situation where it needs more money than people will be willing to give.

That’s the Business Model difference between Sports & Entertainment. People will pay for simple entertainment. But they’ll start weighing their entertainment options. Sports Fans don’t do that. They pay anything they’ve got.

When the NFL started selling ‘The Shield’ and became just entertainment instead of selling Football, it cut its future right through the heart.
