Why No One in the NFL Wants Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow’s role in professional football is being discussed as the NFL football season swings into play.
Tebow helped his teams win a State Championship in High School, two National Championships in College and a Division Championship in the NFL. In his 2007 College Football season, Tebow threw for 29 touchdowns and rushed for 21 more, the most in SEC history. He also won the Heisman Trophy.
Still, Tebow is now reporting on football as a SEC Network Commentator and not actually playing the game, said Medium columnist Steve Matoren.
“Tebow’s limitless heart, insatiable will-to-win, strong character, extraordinary work ethic, humility, countless charitable efforts and leadership skills have never been in question. You would think these off-the-chart intangibles alone should be enough to warrant a real opportunity.”
In a column, Matoren reached out to each of the 32 NFL teams to ask “Why don’t you want Tim Tebow on your team?” Most teams did not respond to his question. A few replied that they did not discuss the careers of players that were not on the roster.
“Tebow doesn’t fit your system? Change your system,” Matoren wrote. “Tebow brings too much attention. Hello! You’re in the business of entertainment and attention getting!”
“Tebow’s faith is disruptive. To whom? ISIS?”

Happy New Year to all! Hope it is filled with blessings and good health and happiness. I also hope Tebow finds a home in the NFL one that truly be!ieves in him and builds a team around d him! We seen what happened when the forty miners tried to make Kapernick a pocket passer the last two quarters of the game even with a lead they lost. I feel that is why Harbaugh got fired he knew Kapernicks strengths and he built the team around them. I believe Harbaugh did not want to coach the team that way, so he was not happy therefore the locker room was not happy either. Watch some of the games this year and see how the gameplay changed after halftime and most of Kapernicks plus were from the pocket, this would be like trying to make Peyton manning play out of the pocket. The NFL has turned into a joke. I hate watching games with pocket passers so boring!

As far as tebow not being in the NFL I blame that on John Elway, John Fox, they both held Tim back while playing until third and long, then they unleashed the Tim we all know and many times he found a way to win, Tim is the reason the Bronco’s were not sold, he saved the franchise and created more excitement on the NFL field than I have ever had the p!measure to witness. We never knew who Demarios Thomas was until Tim started passing to him. It’s such a shame that John Elways ego got in the way, I hate that the Bronco’s took down all pictures and records of Tebow. Karma is already at work Rex Ryan got fired yeah! Rex lied to Tim that is why Tim went to the Jets instead of the Jags, then Rex got Tim back for beating him on national TV, so he sabatoged him. I still don’t know why the Patriots took him then let him go? I do know what goes around comes around. Karma is making her grand entrance only time will tell what will happen.

As far as Tim being a NFL hall of famer I believe if given the right team and the team built around d him I too believe he can go into the hall. He only needs one team to believe and invest 100% in Tim! My foot is not healing on time so I continue to be laid up and using a bone stimulator machine twice a day just hope its working! But, after having 20 procedures done on my right foot, a six and half hour surgery I know I have a long recovery road before me, Jan 15 will be 4 months post op just gets depressing laying around all the time, and using wheel chairs, etc. But I am so lucky to still have my foot. From surgery date it will be one to two years before I will be fully walking again. I am praying for all of you and your families.

Happy New Year to you all and to Tebow and his family.

Hopefully 2015 will be Tebows year! GO TEBOW WE Believe!!!!!!

The thing about pocket passers is that you can count on one hand the guys that can consistently win while their offense relies primarily on the pass. I find it ironic that Denver has moved to more of a run based play action offense as Manning is aging. Like I said not many guys can sit in the pocket and consistently pick defenses apart yet every team is looking for the next Brady or Manning. I don’t understand why teams don’t take Seattles cue and go get a guy who is just a great leader and can throw, run and make minimal mistakes. Wilson is not going to beat you sitting back in the pocket but he will beat you by making plays with his legs and will always maintain his poise. Tim Tebow is every bit as good a QB as Wilson. I will go a step further and say that Wilson could not have done what Tebow did in Denver. I am hoping one of the teams that is making changes opens their eyes and sees the greatness in this guy. Tebow time in 2015. By the way I hope that foot makes a speedy recovery and you surprise everyone by how quickly you get back on your feet. God bless and happy new year.

Unfortunately, the mainstream sports media and the mainstream media itself can not stand Tebow. The media will go into full blown circus mode if he is signed by a team.

Tebow will need an owner, general manager and coach who will follow the advice of Margaret Thatcher- ” This is no time to go wobbly “.

I thought I heard one NFL team fired its head coach and general manager ( I think it was the Chicago Bears). We will have to see if any other teams go this route also.

I was very happy to see Sexy Rexy fired.

Truly pathetic man – almost as pathetic as John Elway but Elway is in a class of his own.
