Could Blake Bortles make Jacksonville forget about Tim Tebow?

Thirty-six hours before the Jacksonville Jaguars selected Blake Bortles in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, the University of Central Florida quarterback appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America” with his mother.

The two talked about his quiet rise to the top of the NFL draft class and more as Bortles, dressed in a dark suit with purple shirt, tie and pocket square, sat next to his mother days before Mother’s Day.

With his nice-guy demeanor and skill set, could he win over those fans long pushing for the Jaguars to hire “local guy done good” Tim Tebow?
