Will former NFL QB Tim Tebow be able to mount a comeback and return to the league?

How young is too young to give up on a dream?

Tim Tebow is 26, which is still young, even by professional athlete standards. Despite having won a playoff game as a starting quarterback just two years ago, he is an NFL washout. A born football player, obviously. A leader, they say. A big, strong, fast athlete with every skill except the one he needs. A real-life Wizard of Oz character — the quarterback without a passing arm.

But one of Tebow’s defining characteristics is that he does not give up. Though he now works for ESPN, he spends the rest of his time in California, working with quarterback gurus, trying to correct that wonky release. In his mind he is only killing time until he returns to pro football as a quarterback once again.

Go back and listen to the interview with Trent Dilfer. There is no doubt Timmy will get a workout and a pre season shot with a team IMHO…from there start or backup and then deja vu all over again!! Go Timmy!!

I think the A11FL is the best place for Tim, his Fans and Football Fans in general. The NFL is most responsive to Fans when it has competition. A League where Fans are Owners is unheard of and a huge step in the right direction.

With all that said, now Joe Banner & Mike Lombardi are GONE. (And Browns Fans couldn’t be happier, even if the “Expert” Class shakes its head in disbelief.) The primary roadblocks to Tim becoming a Cleveland Brown are now moved out of the way. Even though I think A11FL with Tim as the “Face” of the League is best overall, being Starting QB and face of the Browns isn’t a bad thing and now it could really be possible.

Brandi: Like the good news and hope it works to his advantage for a change…they need to remove a whole lot more; i.e., Elrot, Fox, Sparano, Ryan, and on and on!:D

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.All the GM’s say having Tebow on thir team would create a “media circus”. Now if this “gay football creates a “media circus” (which has already started) the GM’s should not draft him.If They draft the gay guy and Tebow is not taken by any team – one can only draw one conclusion – Tebow is being blacklisted from the league because of his Christian beliefs.
