    Good article.

Great article! I knew Tim was being watched my the MLB, but he chose to go with football.

    Nice positive article.

I’d enjoy Tim playing baseball because it’s a big stage and, eventually, he’d rise to the top.

Frankly, if I were him I’d explore the option. But NO!!! say his detractors. He can’t do that! He can’t! Because!

They’d say he cant play in the MLB even if he had a 4HR MLB playoff game, 100 RBIs over a MLB season, a 500 OBP, and taking the pirates to the playoffs, by pointing out a slump during the last 3 weeks of the season, an unusually low BAPIP, and his having 4 strike outs in a game 7 League championship where he had torn rib cartilage after a diving catch 🙂

It sure does sound ridiculous as a baseball metaphor doesnt it.

And all the while his manager insisted he take the first two pitches of every at bat, which was figured out eventually by opponents, meaning Tebow would start out at bats 0-2. Finally, the GM would allow Tebow to swing on first and second pitches during a playoff game, which would be the 4 HR game.

Just so. Plus there’s the factor of his former head couch popping from the Rams to the Patriots to give the Pats some extra info just in time for the playoffs.

Over the years, it’s often seemed like coaches have performed well against their former teams.

I’d be a little less sickened by it if not for Michael Silver’s little message today that Belicheat can’t stand Tebow “as a player.” That’s okay, ’cause I don’t care about the NFL anymore, and Belicheat is inlikely to win any more SBs. Tebow is just the extra octane that could have helped the Pats get over the hump again, but B doesn’t see it.

good point, although i dont believe the belichick thing. I still think he would take tebow, but might not go out of his way to deal mallet.
Maybe one of those option qbs will get hurt and theyll be forced to consider the best option qb in league history.
whatever, i will watch wherever Tebow plays.

Or might break Barry Bonds’s record for “beanballs” received.
