Tim Tebow gets away from NY Jets circus, trains in Arizona with British Olympians to try and recapture his once promising career

After he won a playoff game with Denver last season, Tebow’s third year in the NFL was quite the letdown. He completed just six passes all season, cracked his ribs and was passed over by Greg McElroy for a starting job once Rex Ryan decided to bench Mark Sanchez.

Very good article. The olympians are very enthusiastic about Tebow’s progress. I read yesterday that he is not going to be at the Super Bowl. A young lady Tweeted that he is going to speak at her church in Arizona this Sunday. He’s also Retweeting to fans-or at least the person who manages his Twitter account is. Peter Tebow Tweeted a picture of Timmy and him snow mobiling in Colorado, so he spent the weekend with Peter. Good stuff, true stuff, not salacious lies about married women. This off season is starting to look the way it should. Workin’ hard- out of the spotlight. Thanks for all you do, Buzzy, ‘preciate it! GBPT2!

What a great article! I love the fact that Tim is staying out of the spotlight and training hard. From the picture it looks like Tim has lost the extra pounds that Rex had him put on last year.

Some would say from this article that Tim is training to be a Tight end or running back, but I really feel he is upping his running abilities to use at quarterback.

I just pray all works out for Tim and he finally finds a team that believes in him. I will not buy another Tebow jersey until he is on a team that is behind him all the way.

I agree with all Tisa said above as well.

I seen in a Jets article that they are looking into Jamarcus Russell as quarterback, if I am not mistaken he wasn’t he a bust in the NFL? I can see the stories now, Tim Tebow is so bad that Jamarcus Russell is even better. The Jets are so stupid they have a great quarterback their right now in Tebow, but are to stubborn and stupid to even consider him!!!! I cannot wait for Karma to visit the Jets for what they have done to Tim.

Thanks Buzzy again for a another great story!!!!

Tawk, Karma could be in the form of Jamarcus Russell. He has a criminal record for drugs and weighs 308 pounds! I can’t believe anyone would look at him but we are talking about the Jets! If Russell finds a place in the NFL and Timmy doesn’t, I’m done!

I agree Tisa if Russell finds a place in the NFL and Tim does not I too am done. The Jets organization is such a joke. Just when you think they can do nothing else crazy they do.

  3. HOPE AND PRAY TIM GETS TO GET WITH A GOOD TEAM
AND GETS A GOOD COACH AND WILL WIN MANY GAMES , HE IS A WINNER AND A WONDERFUL PERSON, GO TEBOW.

I don’t believe Tebow Fans should let his experience get them too down. The NY Jets are a huge mess. And everybody knows it. It may appear as though there’s some prevailing view that the Jets made a mistake in obtaining him. But the general sense I get is the mistake is seen almost exclusively as the Jets…for not playing him.

The NFL Media can get you down. It’s always been like this. Long before Tim Tebow came onto the scene. A little perspective perhaps…I’ve had a few dozen Sports Reporters work for me…from TV, Radio & Newspapers. Across Media, in almost every genre, those working in it are deeply concerned that they’ll be the next ones caught up in a wave of layoffs. They’re bitter and resentful. But they fail to recognize much of the problem is their own. Constantly I’ve told my Reporters to stop thinking like some tool and start thinking like a Fan…write/speak like one. Engage with the audience.

But they can’t. I’ve seen it far too many times. They’ve been ingrained in a mindset and operating mode and they can’t shake it. They put a wall up between them and their audiences and very few can break down that wall. Very few. And they become useless over-head to the Media Companies because of it.

Turner decided to buy Bleacher Reports & at the time I thought the only way the amount of money made sense was if they turned it to television and looked at it like they bought a force of thousands of Citizen Sports Reporters. Their recent announcement about putting B/R features on CNN seems to indicate that’s what they plan on doing.

IMO, the voices we hear will begin to change significantly and begin to sound more and more like the voices of the Fans. The NFL owners largely think this way, even if it doesn’t appear so at times. Those running the networks think this way. They all just need to clean out their next levels down and the entrenched “old guard” who can’t get themselves to think like Sports Fans. But they’re doing that.

ALL of this bodes well for Tim Tebow and his massive following of Supporters.
